Care Instructions

Your Turq of the Town Earrings are 18K gold plated over 925 sterling silver, so a little extra care will help preserve their finish and keep the stones looking their best.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, makeup, sunscreen, hand sanitizer and household chemicals. We recommend putting your earrings on after you've finished applying beauty products.

Remove them before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or entering pools, hot tubs and salt water. Prolonged exposure to moisture, chlorine, salt and perspiration can gradually wear the gold plating.

After wearing, gently wipe the earrings with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove oils and residue. Do not use silver polish, abrasive jewelry cleaners, chemical dips, polishing compounds or rough cloths, as these can damage the gold-plated finish and simulated stones.

Store them completely dry and separately from other jewelry, preferably in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box. Keeping pieces separated helps prevent scratching and reduces unnecessary friction against the gold plating.
