Inspired by the colorful peacocks that roam Plaka Forest on the Greek island of Kos, the Kos Peacock Earrings bring together some of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful shades. At the center sits a genuine turquoise stone, surrounded by vivid emerald-green stones, deep simulated Kashmir sapphire stones, and sparkling lab-created diamonds.

Set in luminous 925 sterling silver, the teardrop-shaped stones fan around the turquoise center like the jeweled feathers of a peacock. Measuring approximately 1 inch in length, they’re bold, colorful and glamorous without feeling oversized.

Why We Named Them Kos Peacock

Kos is home to Plaka Forest, a pine-filled retreat famous for its free-roaming peacocks. Their incredible feathers flash shades of turquoise, emerald green and intense blue—the exact palette that brought these earrings to life. Kos Peacock was the perfect name for a pair that looks like it borrowed its colors straight from their feathers.

Care Instructions

Genuine turquoise is a naturally porous stone and deserves a little extra care. Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, oils, chlorine, salt water and household chemicals. Remove your earrings before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

After wearing, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and store separately in a jewelry pouch or box to protect the stones and sterling silver from scratches and tarnishing.

Note: I kept the green stones as “emerald-green stones” rather than claiming they're emeralds until your supplier confirms exactly what they are. Once you find out, I can swap in the correct stone type.
